The Problem

Assembly Travel aims to redefine travel by making the experience of traveling memorable & hassle-free. Assembly believes that their products enhance people's journeys by being purposeful in functionality & aesthetics. For this reason, Assembly needs to establish its identity in the luggage industry by being truthful to its core values.

Our goal was to help Assembly identify areas of opportunity that would help in establishing them as an authentic & impactful luggage brand in a competitive market.

The solution

Our approach was rather simple: Assemble the foundations and core values of a brand that seemed to have lost its way on the journey. We did so by conversing a lot, we mean, a LOT. Our countless discussions, both with Assembly and internally, led us to identify a gap in the market: The absence of a luggage brand that resonated with an audience that was ever-so frustrated with the stigma around traveling to their destinations.
